Description

To better compete in today’s digital economy, Huawei unveiled its Agile Distributed WiFi solution along with its Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) Protection solution at the Huawei Network Congress Middle East held in Dubai on December 14, 2015.

The launch marked the latest solutions under the Agile Network 3.0 concept, announced globally earlier in 2015, and will give users drastically faster and uninterrupted network connectivity providing an overall, much more enjoyable and seamless experience. With the integration of the latest APT Protection solution, businesses will also be able to securely embrace the future mode of Software-Defined-Networking (SDN), protecting their infrastructure even against the most sophisticated cyber threats today.

The event included key notes from network industry experts across the value-chain eco-system including representatives from Huawei’s global and regional team, its alliance and go-to-market partners that included Intel and 4Sight in addition to its end-users.

At the event, Huawei highlighted its commitment to enabling businesses with the development and application of Agile Network innovation through showcasing the latest phase of its Agile Network 3.0 architecture. Embracing the Software-Defined-Networking (SDN) era, Agile Network 3.0 explores unprecedented business opportunities for its business partners and end-users. While the concept encompasses five Agile groups that include the Agile Campus, Agile Data Centers (Cloud Fabric), Agile WAN, Agile Branch and Agile IoT, the event shed light on the latest solutions in the Campus and Data Center arenas.

Huawei today enables more than 1000 customers worldwide with the deployment of its industry recognized Agile Network solutions and where a large number of these projects accommodate the future mode of SDN.
