We visited Tony Schum, director of economic delopment at the Austin Chamber of Commerce, to find out what Austin is doing to spark its economy in the tech sector. We were specifically interested in the $3.6 billion that was recently invested by Samsung expand their semiconductor plant in Austin, which will make LSI chips for smartphones.
