When asked to describe C Spire Wireless warrant process, David Roseberry, Senior Manager of Central Triage and Repair commented that "it all starts with the customer".

Levels of device refurbishment include:
Level One - Clean and wipe device of customer data
Level Two - Strip device down to the board, replace cover, re-flash
Level Three - includes some repair to the board (i.e. cold solder, replace speaker or antenna etc..)
Level Four - diagnosis of mother board

C Spire provides level 1 - 3 at its Jackson, MS facility.
