Introduction To StorFusion™ Demo 2 – Fabric Assigned Port Worldwide Name (FA-WWN)

This video provides an overview and demonstration on how to configure the rapid deployment and orchestration feature of StorFusion™ technology called fabric assigned port worldwide name (FA-WWN). FA-WWN allows Storage Area Network (SAN) administrators to pre-configure a Brocade Gen 5 16Gb Fibre Channel SAN environment to allow QLogic Gen 5 16Gb Fibre Channel adapters to the WWN assignment from the Brocade Gen 5 16Gb Fibre Channel switch port. This feature is also beneficial when having to replace SAN connected servers, as no-rezoning is required when the server and adapter is replaced.
