Description

This video demonstrates a new feature in Proactive Contact 5.1 - Automated Agent Release to Ready for Voicemail. This feature is mainly for UK systems where OFCOM regulations apply. Ofcom regulations state that call must be connected with an agent within 2 secs, which is a very little time to differentiate between a live agent and an answering machine.
