This video introduces you to Avaya 9600 Series IP Deskphone features including the user interface that can be customized and the development tools available. This includes the Avaya one-X Deskphone XML Designer and Avaya one-X Deskphone Emulator. This Avaya phone supports two types of customization: content (menu option labels, functionality, etc.) and skin (images, text colors, etc.).
