This video will guide you through the steps that can be followed to upgrade an MPP(Media Processing Platform) server from EPM (Experience Portal Manager aka VPMS) in a multi-server setup for Avaya Aura Experience Server 6.x. This can be done from the EPM web interface. Upgrade procedure requires will bring MPP down during the upgrade process, but if there are multiple MPPs configured, the other MPPs can process the impacted MPPs calls during that period.
