The Li River is one of the world's top ten Golden Waterways and a national 5A-class scenic area. The key to enhancing the management of the Li River is to build a system that supports the whole water surveillance and visual dispatch over the whole river area. These capabilities are based on communication. The Lijing Police chose Huawei eLTE solution. The Lijing Police could built a network that supports multiple communication services simultaneously along the Li River. Huawei eLTE broadband trunking solution allows communication between the command center, command boats, patrol cars and patrol boats. This has establishes a rapid response capability for Lijiang Police.
